How does it work?
1. Select the product(s) of your choice and add them to your chart.
2. When you finished shopping, complete your order and check if everything is correct. You will see the total amount of your order tax included, shipping excluded.
3. Select your shipping method & complete your payment. Payment methods we accept: Bancontact, Visa & Mastercard. When we received your payment, your order will be processed & shipped.
4. When your order is completed, you will receive a order confirmation. When you haven't received your order confirmation, please contact email@example.com.
5. Your package will be shipped out within 2 business days after receiving your payment.
At Dimpel, we work with BPOST & DPD for packages within the Benelux. For Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Spain & The UK you can choose between the international postal service or DPD. We aim to ship your package within 2 business days, which may be delayed to 5 business days. After shipment of the package, you will receive an email including a track & trace code. With this code, you can follow the delivery status.
ATTENTION! If you haven’t received your package after 10 business days, something went wrong. Contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.

We offer free shipping on orders from € 75 in Benelux. For France, Germany, The UK, Italy & Spain we offer free shipping on orders from € 125. Is your country not in our destination list? Don't hesitate to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return:
- Returning is possible within 14 days after receiving your package.
- The articles should be intact and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached. The items should be returned in the original undamaged packaging
- If you received a damaged product, please send an email to email@example.com.
